All of our Fashion Combat Boots are custom-made-to-order and handcrafted to the highest quality standards.

- Lace-up closure for a snug fit.
- Soft textile lining with sturdy construction for maximum comfort.
- High-quality rubber outsole for traction and exceptional durability.
*Please note that colors may vary slightly from printed items to images on screen due to different lighting, screen resolutions, and printer calibration.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIME:
- Please allow 7-10 business days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility.
- Estimated Standard Shipping time is 2-3 weeks.
- If you chose to upgrade to Express Shipping during checkout, estimated shipping time is 6-10 days. (PO Box address cannot be used for Express Shipping)
*Delivery during peak season / lockdown / to remote area will take longer time.

SHOE SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY:
- Free Size Exchanges are allowed ONCE per shoe order.
- Size Exchange request must be initiated WITHIN 30 days from the date of receipt. The shoes must be in new condition.
- Size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will not be eligible for exchange.
- To reduce the risk of sizing issues, we have provided accurate sizing charts on each of our shoe product pages for your reference.
*Refunds will NOT be issued for sizing disputes, only exchanges are allowed.

NOTE:
Product price will be included on its package as it is required by customs.
