- This is a custom made-to-order product, please allow 7-10 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility.
- Estimated Standard Shipping time is 1-3 weeks.
- If you chose to upgrade to Express Shipping during checkout, estimated shipping time is 6-10 days. (PO Box address cannot be used for Express Shipping)

SHOE SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY:
- Free Size Exchanges are allowed ONCE per shoe order.
- Size Exchange request must be initiated WITHIN 14 days from the date of receipt.
- To reduce the risk of sizing issues, we have provided accurate sizing charts on each of our shoe product pages for your reference.
